Tim Heinson has represented clients in various of types of litigation and business matters, including personal and bodily injury, landlord-tenant, construction defect, insurance coverage, and premises liability. He has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout Oregon and Washington, and has tried or arbitrated hundreds of cases. He is licensed to practice by the Oregon State and the Washington State Bar Associations. He is a member of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel and serves on the Trial Practice Group. He also serves on the Oregon State Bar Uniform Jury Instruction Committee.
Mr. Heinson is an arbitrator on court panels in several counties and is a volunteer mediator in Multnomah County Small Claims Court and with Clackamas County Dispute Resolution. In addition to his law practice, he is an adjunct instructor with Portland Community College paralegal and business programs.
Mr. Heinson earned his B.B.A., magna cum laude at the University of Portland and his J.D., cum laude, at Northwestern School of Law.
